How refilling works

Three steps, about ten seconds

If you have used a refill before, this will feel familiar. If it is your first time, it is simpler than you might think.

Fill with water

Fill your large glass bottle with water to about an inch from the top. Tap water works perfectly, so there is no need to use distilled water for the All-Purpose, Glass or Bathroom formulas.

Add the concentrate

Simply add 1 oz of concentrate into the bottle and filled with water. Our 4 oz concentrate includes a measuring cup for easy and accurate measuring.

Shake and clean

That’s it. Give it a gentle shake and start cleaning. Simple, repeateble, less waste.

No. That is the whole idea. The glass bottles from your Start Up Kit are meant to stay with you. If you need a replacement bottle, get in touch and we will sort it out.

Tap water works for On Purpose and Cleanse. For Clarity, if you have hard water you may prefer filtered, since minerals are what leave spots on glass.

Most homes go through a bottle of On Purpose in about four to six weeks. Clarity and Cleanse usually last longer since they get used in fewer rooms.

Any time. Skip a shipment, change the timing, swap a formula or cancel from your account. Nothing is locked in.

They are made for homes with both. No bleach, ammonia, synthetic fragrance or artificial dyes. As with anything, keep the concentrate itself out of reach until it is diluted.
