Seaside Naturals Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our all-natural cleaning products and want you to love them as much as we do. However, due to the nature of our products and our commitment to safety and sustainability, we maintain the following return policy:

✅ Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products only.

• Items must be in their original packaging, with safety seals intact.

• Returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee per item, deducted from your refund.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• We do not accept returns on used, opened, or partially consumed products.

• Gift cards, promotional items, and final sale products are non-returnable.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@seasidenaturals.com within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right at no extra cost.

💵 Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, minus any shipping or restocking fees, within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.

To initiate a return, email hello@seasidenaturals.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
