Fill with water
Fill your glass bottle to the water line. Filtered water works best; however, tap water works perfectly — no distilled water required for the all-purpose or bathroom formulas.

Add 1 ounce of concentrate
Each one-ounce concentrate is exactly one ounce — the right amount for a full 16 oz bottle of cleaner. 4 oz concentrates come with a 1 oz measuring cup. Add it after the water to minimise foam.
