Linda Zielski
Founder/Owner/Chief Visionary Officer
As the founder of Harmony Health and Wellness, which is
now Seaside Naturals, she is well versed in alternative
healing options and has more than 25 years of experience
with a well-rounded combination of natural products and
treatments. She holds a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and
Nutrition from Southern Connecticut State University, and is
a Connecticut State Licensed Massage Therapist. She is
Nationally Certified in Massage and Bodywork, and is a
member of both the American Massage Therapy
Association and the Southern New England Massage
Therapy Association. Prior to being a Massage Therapist,
Linda was the manager of an herbal apothecary store, an
Exercise Physiologist and a Nutrition Counselor.
David Zielski
President and CEO
David Zielski has more than 15 years of product design and
development experience with technology firms such as
Colonial Data Technologies, Intelidata Inc., Ascend
Communications, Lucent Technologies, Cisco Systems,
Litchfield Communications and Mangrove Systems. In
positions as either lead engineer or manager for product
design and development, he has been responsible for
product development from concept through fulfillment
including managing budgets, schedules and resources.  
David is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology in
Boston, Massachusetts, with a B.S. in Electronics
Engineering Technology and has had graduate studies in
computer science at New Haven University and Columbia
University.
Daryl Moss
Operations Manager
Daryl Moss graduated with distinction from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2003,
obtaining a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.  While studying Mechanical Engineering,
he developed an interest in manufacturing, tailoring his course work to reflect this
interest.  Daryl started working for Seaside Naturals in May of 2004, setting up
operations, refining formulations and developing many of the systems used by Seaside
Naturals today.  Daryl currently supervises daily warehouse operations and plans for
expansion of production lines.

Ilona McGowan
General Manager
Ilona has over 15 years of experience in Treasury, Bookkeeping and Office
Administration experience, most notably with Unilever. As an employee for Unilever
Home & Personal Care USA division (“Unilever HPC”), she was originally a customer
service analysis promoted to transportation management specialist. She managed all
transportation strategies for all company orders (which included Wal-Mart and Kmart)
for the biggest distribution center within Unilever HPC.  This position entailed highly
effective communication between deployment, customer service, management,
warehouse, distribution center, customers, carriers and transportation. Ilona was also
the Customer Service Analyst for all Walgreen locations within the United States.

Before working at Unilever, Ilona was an Accountant for Chesebrough-Pond’s USA
Company, now Unilever HPC’s USA division, where she coordinated and managed all
treasury functions for Chesebrough-Pond’s, Elizabeth Arden and VanDenBergh Foods
(Ragu Foods).
Jessica Johnson
Production Manager
Jessica graduated magna cum laude in May 2005 with a B.S. in Psychobiology from
the University of New England. She is a member of the Phi Sigma Biological Honor
Society, and has worked as a biology and chemistry lab assistant and has assisted
research for both the University of New England and Yale University.  

While research remains a passion of Jessica’s, the time came to dedicate herself to a
more fundamental passion:  promoting healthy and sustainable relationships between
the planet and its communities.  Jessica began working at Seaside Naturals in January
of 2006 assisting with the manufacturing of both Simple. Pure. Clean.™ and Simple.
Pure. Baby.™ product lines.  She has since taken full responsibility for manufacturing
and developing all personal care products, and is looking towards future product
development and raw ingredient sourcing.
Brenda Sterling
Chief Financial Officer
Combining over 30 years of financial experience with proven organizational and
leadership skills, Brenda Sterling provides CFO services for clients including
entrepreneurial ventures, not-for-profit organizations and colleges, financial services
companies and retailers.  Areas of specialization include financial systems, reporting
and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, leadership and corporate culture change,
operational efficiency and training, internal controls and Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
Corporate positions have included Executive Vice President, Vice President of
Operations, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, and Controller.  
Brenda is also a Certified Public Accountant with auditing experience both domestically
and internationally.

Along with a B.S. in Accounting from the University of New Orleans, she has extensive
continuing education in the fields of management, finance, and corporate governance.  
Memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the
Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants, Fashion Group International, National
Association of Women Business Owners, National Association for Female Executives
and the San Francisco Financial Women’s Association.  She also co-founded the Marin
Association of Female Executives.
Cathryn S. Gawne
Secretary
Cathryn Gawne is Of Counsel at Hopkins & Carley in San Jose, California.  For over 23
years, Cathy’s practice has emphasized securities and corporate law for emerging
growth companies across a broad range of industries, including wireless and portable
information technologies, telecommunications and software, as well as “brick and
mortar” industries such as automotive, mining and retail.  She advises companies on
private financings, initial and follow-on public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, leveraged
buyouts, joint ventures and commercial transactions. She has extensive experience
counseling public and private companies on a variety of Sarbanes Oxley compliance
issues, including corporate governance and disclosure requirements.  She also
counsels clients who are starting or franchising new businesses with respect to general
corporate matters and protection of their intellectual property.  Cathy also represents
several nonprofit corporations, and counsels them on corporate structure and
governance.

From June 2004 through June 2006, Cathy served as the President of the Silicon Valley
Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, a global association for professionals
involved in corporate growth, corporate development and mergers and acquisitions for
middle market companies.  She is a frequent speaker on corporate and securities law
issues before such groups as CEO Space and WITI (Women in Technology
International) conferences in Silicon Valley, Dallas, Texas and Boston, Massachusetts.  
Cathy received her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law and her B.A. degree in
International Relations from Stanford University.
