Cheryl A. Bertrand - Business & Holistic Life Coach
Over Cher's 21-year career within the corporate sector she has served Fortune 500,
1000, and start-up companies as a Turnaround Specialist and Interim Global Vice
President GVP, Chief Operating Officer COO or Chief Information/Technology Officer
CIO/CTO.  During this time she developed a professional reputation for partnering
with global business leaders, formulating strategic plans, and aligning processes,
organizations, and technology with corporate strategies.  

Cheryl has consistently facilitated and motivated multi-discipline and multi-cultural
teams to create business and cultural shifts through initiatives implemented in a
timely and cost-effective manner.  She counts the Kellogg Company, Wal-Mart
International, Avaya Inc., Baxter Healthcare, Berkshire Hathaway's Cort Business
Services, Freddie Mac, Follett, and Ameritech (SBC) among the companies she has
worked with.  She has lived and traveled all over the world and is an International
Coaching Federation member, Coach For Life Graduate, has her CLC certification,
and has applied for her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification.
William E. Johnson, Ph.D. - Manufacturing and Operations
Dr. Johnson’s career spans more than 20 years in both the corporate (Fortune 50
and Fortune 200) and academic arenas.  In addition to being a former United
Technologies Corporation executive, where he served as Director, Strategy
Development; and Director, Market & Competitive Analysis for Otis Elevator Company,
he is also an experienced investment professional.  At CIGNA Investment
Management, he served as Vice President, Quantitative Fixed Income Research;
Assistant Vice President, Investment Planning & Control; and Economist.  His broad
corporate experience has involved such varied activities as economic and process
modeling, optimization analysis, forecasting, risk transfer analysis, system
implementation, and application development.  

He has, also, taught courses in economics and quantitative methods at both Florida
A&M University and Winthrop College (University).  Dr. Johnson holds a Ph.D. in
economics from the University of South Carolina.

Dr. Johnson is a former President of the Connecticut Pre-engineering Program
(CPEP), where he has served on the Board for more than ten years.  He is currently
the Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee of this organization.  
Dr. Pamela Maloney, PhD, DHM, LAc - Natural Medicine and Health Care
Dr. Maloney has been practicing for 30 years in Santa Monica, California with
specialization in acupuncture and Chinese herbology, homeopathic medicine, and
traditional naturopathy. She is a member of the California Homeopathic Medical
Society, the California Acupuncture Association and the American Naturopathic
Certification Board.

Dr. Maloney is a licensed Acupuncturist and a Certified Traditional Naturopath.
She has her Doctorate of Homeopathic Medicine from Hahnemann College in
Santa Monica, CA. Her website is

Nancy M. Corrigan - Financial Advisor
Nancy Corrigan, founder of Corrigan Financial, provides comprehensive financial
planning, portfolio management, and risk management services to her individual,
family, and business clients.  Her planning and investment services encompass all
asset classes – the “standard” (publicly traded stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc.) as
well as the  “non-standard” (restricted company stock, stock options, warrants, private
equity, private debt, commercial real estate, etc.).  Her risk management services
include the assessment and recommendations addressing personal, professional, and
business-entity risks.  Her career as financial advisor began at A.G. Edwards & Sons,
where she provided a wide range of services in all areas of financial planning and
portfolio management for her clients.

Prior to joining A.G. Edwards, Nancy completed a nine-month consulting assignment
as interim Chief Financial Officer of a privately owned temporary staffing firm.  In this
short time, she not only restructured the company’s financial, accounting and risk
management processes and managed human resources activities, but also supervised
the installation of new computer systems and applications to position the company for
future growth in three locations, San Jose, Sacramento, and Oakland, California. For
AMB Investment Management, Inc., Nancy was responsible for managing and financing
a $425 million portfolio of institutional-quality commercial real estate held in a private
real estate investment trust.  She also held responsibility for the financial reports
provided to the REIT’s investors, which were primarily pension plans and foundations.

In her tenure with the University of California, Nancy designed investment policy
guidelines, spending/payout policies, and performance management reporting for UC’s
$40 billion pension and $5 billion endowment funds that serve the nine campus
system. Nancy held a number of positions at CIGNA, notably as Vice President of Real
Estate Investment Services.  Previously she had served as the Controller of CIGNA’s
Investment Division and had worked in other areas of the company, including
assignments in the Group Life, Group Medical, and Pension Divisions.

Nancy holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.  She is a member of
the Securities Analysts of San Francisco (SASF), the CFA Institute, the Financial
Women’s Association, and the San Francisco Financial Planning Association.  She has
been an active member and served on several committees for the Commercial Real
Estate Women of San Francisco. After three consecutive two-year terms as Treasurer
for the Board of Directors of San Francisco Women’s Centers/The Women’s Building,
Nancy continues her volunteer work with various committees of this organization.  
Other non-profit organizations that Nancy has worked with include On Lok (a health
services provider for the frail elderly), and “My Friend Taught Me” (a tutoring program
for disadvantaged middle school students).
Dr. Doug Hanlon
Dr. Hanlon, who works as a research scientist for Yale University and is an adjunct
Instructor at the College of Naturopathic Medicine at University of Bridgeport, has
been involved in the direction of Harmony Health & Wellness and Seaside Naturals
since its inception in 2003.
Frank J. King Jr., N.D., D.C.
Frank J. King Jr., N.D., D.C. has been an active contributor to the national
chiropractic community since 1979.  He is the Founder and President of
King Bio
Natural Medicine, Inc., a registered homeopathic manufacturing company dedicated
to the research, development, promotion and education of the many benefits of
homeopathy.  Dr. King  is also a member of the prestigious Homeopathic
Pharmacopoeia Convention of the United States (HPCUS).  The HPCUS works
directly with the FDA as a governing authority of homeopathy in the United States.
Mitch Coven
Mitch Coven is the founder of the clinic and herb lab at Vitality Works, Inc. Personally
involved in the clinical work as well as the manufacturing facility, Mitch is a trained
medical herbalist, in clinical practice. Educated at the Southwest School of Botanical
Medicine, he also us an Instructor of Herbal Pharmacy at the National College of
Phytotherapy as well as Instructor of Herbal Medicine at the New Mexico School of
Natural Therapeutics. Mitch is known for the educational intensives and classes he
has taught to health professionals, herbal medicine students and the public across
the country. True to his traditional herbal background, Mitch focuses on developing
Vitality Works products based upon the successful real-life experiences of the many
patients who seek help at the Clinic.
Dr. Dori Cole
Dr. Cole owns her own chiropractic practice and has been a valuable resource of
knowledge when it comes to kit ideas and product knowledge. As a mother and a
good friend, she has been sampling all of our products we manufacture or purchase.

John Hanssler - Accounting Advisor
Although the term “Financial Operations” carries internal connotations, Mr. Hanssler
truly understands that the primary purpose of financial operations is the focus and
commitment to creating value for stake holders through financial management. His
results-oriented leadership style has helped both Fortune 500 and privately held
companies understand and benefit from structured financial management, and
accountability

His approach to providing the highest level of financial integrity is centered on
developing and documenting processes, managing costs and improving cash flow
through teamwork, analysis and reporting.

Mr. Hanssler received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University,
majoring in Accounting.  Understanding that senior financial professionals needed to
become strategic thinkers, he returned to Pace University for his MBA in Strategic
Management.  Over the next 18 years his financial management skills were honed
within several industries including tobacco manufacturing and distribution, on-line
retail, IT infrastructure management, and financial Services.  Each environment
provided him with unique challenges helping to solidify his financial expertise and
technical proficiencies.

Mr. Hanssler has experienced continuous growth throughout his career and has  
derived extensive expertise in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Cash Management,
Mergers and Acquisitions, Budgeting and Forecasting, and Operations Management.

David Winkelman - Management & Strategic Planning
In his 30-year career in management and marketing communications,
David has:

• Managed administrative, sales, marketing and production teams
• Wrote detailed business scenarios for strategic planning simulations
• Produced and facilitated planning, training and team-building events
• Led visual modeling processes as key component of strategic planning
• Designed and implemented production & project tracking systems

A special dimension of his experience includes 10 years of 1-3 day accelerated
